Appointment Setter

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly goals. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing high-quality service for all inbound / outbound calls and to potential clients to generate leads, recording all information ensuring appointments are properly scheduled and coordinated with sales.
• Communicate with all prospects using the company's transcript during initial and follow up calls to arrange sales appointments.
• Contribute to repeat business through proactive communication efforts surrounding additional services and products, when appropriate.
• Support company-wide initiatives by effectively identifying additional services and products and proposing solutions, when appropriate.
• Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Proficiency with computers, and ability to multitask verbal and written communication skills
• Communication skills like a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with different personalities
• Persistence and resilience to deal with rejection
