Lauren brings over a decade of customer service experience to her role at ContractingPRO, where she transitioned from retail management into the home improvement industry. From day one, the welcoming, personable culture of the team made the shift seamless, and she immediately felt at home among colleagues who always offer a warm greeting and a helping hand.
Beginning her journey in the call center, Lauren quickly recognized the overlap between her previous experience and the needs of homeowners navigating major projects. Her natural strengths—courteous communication, active listening, and clear explanation—proved invaluable. She believes that quick, concise communication is essential in all areas of life, and especially when homeowners are making significant decisions about their property.
At ContractingPRO, Lauren is known for her thoughtful questions and her desire to fully understand every step of the process—from the initial quote to the final nail on a new roof. She takes pride in sharing that knowledge with homeowners, helping them understand what to expect and ensuring they feel confident and cared for throughout their project. Her approach is rooted in clarity, honesty, and transparency, all with the goal of providing true peace of mind.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys creating with her hands—whether she’s drawing, painting, or sewing. She also loves spending time with her cat, Orion, who is always eager to “assist,” often attempting to join her phone calls or remind her that he is, in fact, the most important presence in the room.
Fun Fact: Lauren is an avid user of iNaturalist. Two of her favorite research-grade uploads include Graphocephala versuta (Versute Sharpshooter) and Hogna carolinensis (Carolina wolf spider).
