For Lowell Hinte, great companies are not built by accident.

As the Visionary and Co-Owner of ContractingPRO, Lowell helps lead the company’s mission of giving homeowners peace of mind through professionalism, transparency, and an experience that feels different from the typical contractor relationship.
But Lowell’s path into the construction industry didn’t begin with roofing.
It began with branding, storytelling, and understanding people.
Before joining ContractingPRO, Lowell served as the Creative Director and Brand Builder for S2N Design, where he developed brands, messaging, and marketing strategies for businesses looking to stand out in crowded markets. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Lowell earned Magna Cum Laude honors while studying Graphic Design and Marketing — combining creativity with a deep understanding of communication and customer experience from an early age.
When Lowell entered the construction industry, he quickly recognized something important:
Most contracting companies focused almost entirely on the project itself while overlooking the customer experience surrounding it.
Homeowners often felt overwhelmed, undereducated, pressured, or uncertain throughout the process.
Lowell believed the industry could do better.
That belief aligned perfectly with ContractingPRO’s mission:

In addition to his work at ContractingPRO, Lowell also owns and manages Memphis Bar Ties, a private-event staffing, catering, and bartending company that supports many well-known Memphis events, including:

His passion for hospitality and customer experience continues to influence how he approaches leadership, service, and company culture at ContractingPRO.
A Little About Lowell Outside of Work
Lowell and his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, are proud parents to their three boys — Jace, Hendrix, and Dean.
As a family, they love spending time together exploring Memphis favorites like Memphis Pizza Café, Las Delicias, Brookhaven Pub & Grill, Folk’s Folly, and the Children’s Museum of Memphis.
Long-haired and often shoeless, Lowell is most at home outdoors. Whether he’s playing soccer, camping with his family, or chasing the next adventure, he believes some of life’s best moments happen away from screens and schedules.
That same mindset carries into his leadership style:
