After spending four years in the restaurant industry, Shannon discovered a passion for serving people in a different way and made the transition into home improvement. With a strong focus on customer service and clear communication, Shannon takes pride in making the process smooth and stress-free for every family the team serves. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys reading, serving in the community, and being active in church. As an only child and also the youngest of three, Shannon brings a unique blend of independence, empathy, and family-centered perspective to every interaction. Fun fact: thanks to years spent in the restaurant world, Shannon can still navigate a busy dinner rush like a pro—and can whip up a mean homemade meal.
