Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Tara proudly graduated from Central High School—affectionately known as “The High School.” She has been married to her husband, Michael, for 31 years, and together they have two adult children, Brittany and Bailey, who remain her greatest joy.

Before joining ContractingPRO, Tara spent 20 years in childcare and nearly 17 years working with a local payroll company. These experiences shaped her heart for service, her commitment to excellence, and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Outside of work, Tara loves anything involving the beach or ocean, and she’s always ready for her next travel adventure. She’s a proud season ticket holder for the Memphis Grizzlies, enjoys singing with her church’s worship team, and has recently developed a new love for the Savannah Bananas and their signature Banana Ball.

At ContractingPRO, Tara instantly felt something different. To her, the team feels more like family than coworkers—with leaders who lead by example, spontaneous moments of worship, and a companywide dedication to serving others. She loves meeting new people, even over the phone, and finds joy in watching ContractingPRO Cares make a real difference in the community. Most of all, she cherishes the way the love of Christ is reflected daily in how the team treats each other and their customers.
