New roof in ice and snow
Eli, Noah, Robert and Carlos did a remarkable job replacing my huge roof in a day! This was not an easy job considering that I had snow covered in ice everywhere- except the roof. Thankfully, no one landed on the ground during their slides on the ice! I could not be more pleased with everyone’s professionalism, expertise, and attitude during this job. Everyone made me feel so comfortable during this process. From the initial cold call & follow-up to the scheduling to the numerous updates during the on site work. I have already recommended Contracting Pro to my neighbors! I also feel like I have made new friends and not just a company looking to make a sale! Myles Greene was outstanding from the start. He was knowledgeable and helped to answer my questions. He volunteered to meet with my adjuster and do what ever he could to make this a great experience. He followed up and checked the work done by the repair person to make sure it was done right and I was satisfied. Myles is my go to guy for any future work.

Great Experience!
I received a call from Shannon in the call center who was helpful in setting an appointment to have someone look at my roof. Greg was the salesman who looked at my roof and made plans to meet with insurance. Insurance actually paid for my roof so I upgraded to have all the wood replaced. Everything went very smoothly and all crews were very polite and did a great job!

Noah, came to my house one time and even let me borrow his leaf blower. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help, he is a servant, knows his trade and the love he has for his craft is apparent in the way that he conducts himself.
Excellent siding and fascia repair
We had a great experience. When we found multiple water leaks after a big storm, I was dreading finding someone to do the repairs because we had a nightmare experience with home repairs a few years ago. Contracting Pro was recommended to us by a friend and I couldn’t be happier. They were thorough, courteous, communicated well, and did great work. I especially appreciated the calls and texts 1-2 times each day to keep me updated. I never had to wonder what was going on. They were very honest as well. I had 4 other companies come out to assess my problems and all recommended replacing the roof even though they couldn’t pinpoint any problems in the roof leading to the issues I was having. I called Contracting Pro’s to assess the roof and they recommended replacing the siding instead based on where the leaks were and the lack of problems in the roof. It was a cheaper job and worked! In fact, one of my leaks only required turning a gutter downspout 90 degrees when the other companies had recommend costly “repairs”. I felt like they took the time to listen and get the job right rather than just churning out another job. When I do actually need to replace my roof, they will be my first call.
