Excellent Customer Service
I called contracting pro office yesterday afternoon to schedule a repair. Thomas was here first thing this morning and did a very thorough inspection. The owner called after Thomas left and went over everything Thomas and I discussed plus more. They are taking care of me quickly. Excellent customer service from phone call to front desk - Thomas on site inspecting - Reassurance call from owner. Could not ask for any better treatment. I highly recommend Contracting Pro!
You get what you pay for
5 Stars baby!!! Yes they were higher than local companies but when you read the bids you could tell Contracting Pros were going to give us a New Garage versus just slapping some siding on. The professionalism started when Keron came out to give us the bid. He was here a few hours because he was very detailed and answered every question we had. Then Noah called to set the job up and made sure we were still on the same page. They got to our job very quick considering we were out of town. Then Johnny and his crew showed up early to start the job. His crew did not play around. They showed up early and stayed late. It only took the crew 2 1/2 days to complete our garage and it’s not small. Except for the 2x4’s and floor, they gave us a new garage. We are beyond excited and happy with the outcome. Definitely will tell everyone!!!
