Done a perfect job clean neat set up tent on deck answered questions made sure I was pleased 3 days hard work plus 4 hrs driving time ready to do the master bathroom next these two guys are in to there job
Great customer service!
Experience was fairly good! Took longer than expected to finish the project but it was 3 bathrooms. Customer service was very good through the process, no question was too difficult and very courteous. The finish work came out very well and we are beyond pleased with our bathroom remodel!

How professional DOC was!
David bell aka DOC , came to our home and chatted with us for 3 hrs, we even allowed him to bring in his dog BENNY, WHO is sooo sweet. . Doc, was very professional, honest, and have us a great deal... I would totally, push his name and insist they call DOC.... MY husband and I have made a life long friend of doc, just because our personalities go hand on hand... He was informative and honest, clear about his intentions and he made us feel like family ... I give DOC 10/10.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....
Remodel assessment appointment
Bath Planet, BCI , was on time and prepared for our appointment. Dave was very personable and knowledgeable about the products and services that they represent. We didn’t have any idea of the cost associated with replacing our shower. He helped us understand these costs and worked to ensure we got the best offer out of the 3 representatives that we met. We are retired and have determined that it is in our best interest to utilize the unit that we already have. If we were going forward with this project we would absolutely us BCI.

The two boys that came in did this entire job in one day. They were great, and did a wonderful job on our new shower & also helped putting in a new toilet. They were kind, thoughtful and just did an amazing job! We are 1000% satisfied with the work this company did. We highly recommend them and Doc was fantastic to work with. Dave the Project Manager was also very great to work with. Can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job they did.
Getting a quote
Derion was amazing he told us what we needed to know. He was extremely professional and in my opinion very factual. We are shopping currently and in our beginning point in our search. Contracting pro is definitely at the top of our list. If you get Derion let me just say he is extremely knowledgeable and charming. I really enjoyed his pitch and contracting pro is really investing in their people which say’s a lot about their character. Very impressed so far.

Keron arrived on time with window sample and was knowledgeable about product. Answered all my questions and explained differences in replacement windows and what he recommended for my house.
